An aquatic monster with sharp fangs and claws like the abtu. It is though to have once been a holy beast that served the God of Water. However, their habitats differ form those of the abtu, sometimes appearing around volcanoes, so they are never seen living together. They are carnivores, and use their sharp claws to tear apart their prey. Meat thrown into a group of anets will disappear before it has a chance to hit the ground.
